PROGRAMM
Dieses Programm untersucht die Datei, welche als Parameter übergeben
wurde, auf ihr Änderung Datum/Zeit und gibt die Differenz zum
Aktuellem Datum/Zeit fortlaufend als Countdown/up aus. Das Besondere:
Das Programm splittet die Zeit in Jahre, Wochen, Tage, Stunden,
Minuten, Sekunden.
T-: Bist zum Änderungsdatum sind noch... .
T+: Das Änderungsdatum liegt ... zurück.
PARAMETER
Die Datei, auf welche sich der Countdown/up sich beziehen soll. Wird
kein Parameter übergeben ist die Bezugszeit 01.01.1970 00:00. Alle
weiteren Parameter werden ignoriert.
